Angelo Ramirez

Weight: 190 lbs

The Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff has identified 30-year-old Angelo Ramirez of San Pablo as the suspect in a fatal shooting in Rodeo, California. There is an active warrant for the arrest of Ramirez for murder. His last known residence is Bay Point, CA and is known to frequent Rodeo, California.  Ramirez should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached by the public.

Juan Carlos Palma-Barragan

Sex: Male

Height: 5' 4"

Weight: 140 pounds

Palma-Barragan is wanted for counts of forcible rape and kidnapping of a 16 year-old victim.  Palma-Barragan's last known residence is in Richmond, CA, but he is believed to currently be in Tijuana, Mexico.  There is an active warrant for Palma-Barragan's arrest.
 

John Wesley Williams

Sex: Male

Height: 6'04"

Weight: 260 lbs

Williams is wanted in connection to a home invasion robbery on August 20, 2020.  The victim was shot inside the residence.  There is an active warrant for Williams’ arrest out of Contra Costa County and multiple warrants from outside agencies for other crimes. His whereabouts are unknown but he has connections to the Richmond, Vallejo, Sacramento, and Las Vegas areas.
